Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves and goggles

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and tighten securely.
  3. Install Wheels: Attach all four wheels to the axle using the provided washers and locking pins.
  4. Attach Grass Catcher: Connect the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute following the alignment guides.
  5. Install Battery: For electric models, insert the battery into the compartment and secure with the locking mechanism.
  6. Check Oil Level: For gas models, check and fill the engine oil to the recommended level before first use.
  7. Safety Check: Ensure all safety features are functioning properly, including the blade control lever and safety key.
  8. Test Run: Perform a test run in a clear area to check for proper operation and cutting performance.

Troubleshooting
