Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and fasteners.
  3. Install Wheels: Mount all four wheels to the deck using the provided axle pins and washers.
  4. Connect Drive System: Attach the drive cable to the control lever following the diagram in the manual.
  5. Install Grass Bag: Attach the grass collection bag or mulching plug according to your preference.
  6. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level.
  7. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane).
  8. Initial Start-up: Prime the engine, set the choke, and start according to starting instructions.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety equipment including eye protection, hearing protection, and sturdy footwear when operating the mower.

Troubleshooting
