Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Torque wrench
  • Fuel container

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and shipping supports from the lawn tractor.
  2. Steering Wheel Installation: Attach the steering wheel to the steering column using provided hardware and secure with lock nut.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount the seat assembly to the seat plate using the provided bolts and washers.
  4. Battery Connection: Connect the battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure the battery in its tray.
  5. Fuel System Preparation: Add fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane) to the fuel tank. Check oil level before first use.
  6. Blade Installation: Install cutting blades using proper torque specifications (typically 30-40 ft-lbs).
  7. Final Inspection: Check all fluid levels, tire pressure (12-15 PSI), and ensure all hardware is properly tightened.
Warning: Always wear protective equipment when assembling or operating. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts. Assembly should be performed by qualified personnel.

Troubleshooting
