Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and shipping supports from the lawn tractor.
- Steering Wheel Installation: Attach the steering wheel to the steering column using provided hardware and secure with lock nut.
- Seat Installation: Mount the seat assembly to the seat plate using the provided bolts and washers.
- Battery Connection: Connect the battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure the battery in its tray.
- Fuel System Preparation: Add fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane) to the fuel tank. Check oil level before first use.
- Blade Installation: Install cutting blades using proper torque specifications (typically 30-40 ft-lbs).
- Final Inspection: Check all fluid levels, tire pressure (12-15 PSI), and ensure all hardware is properly tightened.
