Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and shipping supports from the lawn tractor.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the steering wheel and control handles according to the provided diagrams.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount the operator seat and adjust to proper height and position.
  4. Battery Connection: Install the battery, connecting positive terminal first, then negative terminal.
  5. Blade Attachment: Install cutting blades using proper torque specifications (typically 30-40 ft-lbs).
  6. Fluid Check: Verify engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and coolant levels before initial startup.
  7. Initial Test: Start engine and test all functions including steering, braking, and blade engagement.
Warning: Always disconnect spark plug wire before performing any maintenance. Wear appropriate safety equipment including eye protection and gloves.
