Step-by-Step Assembly
- Uncrating: Carefully remove all packaging materials and shipping supports from the motorcycle.
- Handlebar Installation: Install handlebars using provided hardware and torque to manufacturer specifications.
- Front Wheel Assembly: Mount front wheel with proper axle alignment and torque axle nut to specification.
- Battery Installation: Install battery, ensuring proper polarity and secure connections.
- Fluid Check: Verify engine oil, coolant, and brake fluid levels are at recommended specifications.
- Pre-Ride Inspection: Check tire pressure, chain tension, brake operation, and all fasteners.
- Initial Start-up: Follow cold start procedure and allow engine to reach operating temperature.
