Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect all parts for damage during shipping.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the handle to the mower deck using provided bolts and washers. Ensure all connections are tight.
  3. Wheel Installation: Install all wheels according to the diagram, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
  4. Blade Installation: Carefully install the cutting blade using the provided blade adapter and bolt. Ensure proper orientation.
  5. Engine Preparation: Check oil level, add fuel (if required), and ensure all safety features are properly connected.
  6. Control Connections: Connect all control cables to the handle and engine according to the wiring diagram.
  7. Final Inspection: Check all bolts and connections for proper tightness before first use.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety equipment during assembly and operation. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.

Troubleshooting
