Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Torque wrench
  • Level surface

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the handle to the deck using provided bolts and washers.
  3. Wheel Installation: Mount wheels to axles and secure with provided hardware.
  4. Deck Adjustment: Set cutting height according to your lawn requirements.
  5. Engine Preparation: Add engine oil to recommended level (if not pre-filled).
  6. Fuel System: Add fresh gasoline to the fuel tank (consult manual for fuel type).
  7. Battery Installation: For riding models, install battery and connect terminals properly.
  8. Control Setup: Adjust seat position, steering wheel, and control levers for comfort.
  9. Safety Check: Verify all safety features are functioning properly.
  10. Initial Start-up: Follow starting procedure in manual for first operation.
