Safety Information

Read all instructions before operating. Always wear appropriate safety gear.

  1. Clear mowing area of debris, toys, and obstacles.

Assembly & Setup

  1. Install steering wheel: Align and tighten bolt.
  2. Attach seat: Mount using provided bolts and washers.
  3. Connect battery: Attach red (+) then black (-) cables.
  4. Install cutting deck: Align with mounting points and secure with pins.
  5. Check tire pressure: Inflate to 10 PSI (front) and 12 PSI (rear).
  6. Add engine oil: Use SAE 30 or 10W-30, fill to dipstick mark.
  7. Add fuel: Use fresh unleaded gasoline (87 octane minimum).

Starting Procedure:

  1. Engage parking brake.
  2. Set throttle to halfway.
  3. Pull choke (if cold start).
  4. Turn key to START; release when engine starts.
  5. Disengage parking brake, press brake pedal to release transmission lock.
  6. Use foot pedal to control speed and direction.

Stopping: Release drive pedal, engage parking brake, turn key to OFF.

Cutting Deck Operation

Engage blades only when ready to mow.

  1. Adjust cutting height: Use lever beside seat.
  2. Start mower and move to mowing area.
  3. Engage PTO: Pull switch upward to turn blades ON.
  4. Mow in overlapping passes for even cut.
  5. Disengage PTO when crossing driveways or stopping.
  6. For best results, mow when grass is dry.

Tip: Sharpen blades every 25 hours of use for a clean cut.
