Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Torque wrench
- Pliers
- Battery terminal cleaner
- Grease gun
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Uncrate and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Check all parts against packing list.
- Install Steering Wheel: Align steering wheel shaft and secure with provided bolt using torque wrench to specified setting.
- Attach Seat: Position seat on mounting bracket and secure with provided hardware. Adjust seat position for operator comfort.
- Install Battery: Connect battery cables - red to positive terminal, black to negative terminal. Apply anti-corrosion spray.
- Check Fluid Levels: Verify engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel levels. Add recommended fluids as needed.
- Install Cutting Deck: Attach mower deck using provided pins and hardware. Ensure proper alignment and clearance.
- Final Inspection: Check all bolts and connections. Test steering, brakes, and cutting deck engagement before first use.

Troubleshooting
