Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Torque wrench
  • Pliers
  • Battery terminal cleaner
  • Grease gun

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Uncrate and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Check all parts against packing list.
  2. Install Steering Wheel: Align steering wheel shaft and secure with provided bolt using torque wrench to specified setting.
  3. Attach Seat: Position seat on mounting bracket and secure with provided hardware. Adjust seat position for operator comfort.
  4. Install Battery: Connect battery cables - red to positive terminal, black to negative terminal. Apply anti-corrosion spray.
  5. Check Fluid Levels: Verify engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel levels. Add recommended fluids as needed.
  6. Install Cutting Deck: Attach mower deck using provided pins and hardware. Ensure proper alignment and clearance.
  7. Final Inspection: Check all bolts and connections. Test steering, brakes, and cutting deck engagement before first use.
Warning: Assembly should be performed by qualified personnel. Always wear protective equipment during assembly and operation.

Troubleshooting
