Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect components for damage during shipping.
  2. Steering Wheel Installation: Attach steering wheel to column using provided hardware and torque to specifications.
  3. Seat Assembly: Install seat assembly with mounting bolts and adjust to operator preference.
  4. Battery Installation: Connect battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure battery in tray.
  5. Deck Installation: Attach mower deck using provided pins and hardware, ensuring proper alignment.
  6. Wheel Installation: Mount all wheels and tighten lug nuts to specified torque values.
  7. Fluid Check: Check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel levels before initial startup.
  8. Initial Startup: Perform pre-operation checks and test all controls before first use.

Troubleshooting
