Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Torque wrench
  • Battery terminal cleaner

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and shipping supports from the riding mower.
  2. Steering Wheel Installation: Attach steering wheel to column and secure with provided hardware.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount seat assembly to frame using provided bolts and washers.
  4. Battery Installation: Connect battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure battery in tray.
  5. Deck Installation: Attach mowing deck following specific instructions for your model.
  6. Wheel Installation: Ensure all wheels are properly inflated and securely mounted.
  7. Fluid Check: Check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel levels before first use.
  8. Initial Start-up: Perform initial start-up following engine break-in procedures.

Troubleshooting
