Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and verify all parts are included according to the parts list.
- Handle Assembly: Attach the steering wheel and control handles using provided bolts and washers.
- Seat Installation: Mount the seat assembly to the frame using the provided hardware.
- Battery Installation: Install the battery, connecting red cable to positive terminal and black cable to negative terminal.
- Blade Attachment: Install cutting blades using proper torque specifications (typically 30-40 ft-lbs).
- Fuel System: Connect fuel lines and check for leaks. Fill with fresh gasoline.
- Final Inspection: Check all bolts for proper tightness, verify tire pressure, and test all controls.
