Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Socket set (3/8" drive)
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers (regular and needle-nose)
- Torque wrench
- Battery terminal cleaner
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect components for shipping damage.
- Steering Wheel Installation: Align steering wheel with shaft and secure with provided hardware using proper torque specifications.
- Seat Installation: Mount seat assembly to frame using provided bolts and washers, ensuring proper alignment.
- Battery Installation: Connect battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure battery in tray.
- Deck Installation: Attach mower deck using lift linkage and belt routing as shown in assembly diagram.
- Wheel Installation: Ensure all wheels are properly inflated to recommended PSI (front: 14 PSI, rear: 10 PSI).
- Fluid Check: Check engine oil level, add gasoline, and verify hydraulic fluid levels before first use.
- Initial Start-up: Perform pre-operation checks and start engine following break-in procedures.

Troubleshooting
