Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set (3/8" drive)
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers (regular and needle-nose)
  • Torque wrench
  • Battery terminal cleaner

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect components for shipping damage.
  2. Steering Wheel Installation: Align steering wheel with shaft and secure with provided hardware using proper torque specifications.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount seat assembly to frame using provided bolts and washers, ensuring proper alignment.
  4. Battery Installation: Connect battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure battery in tray.
  5. Deck Installation: Attach mower deck using lift linkage and belt routing as shown in assembly diagram.
  6. Wheel Installation: Ensure all wheels are properly inflated to recommended PSI (front: 14 PSI, rear: 10 PSI).
  7. Fluid Check: Check engine oil level, add gasoline, and verify hydraulic fluid levels before first use.
  8. Initial Start-up: Perform pre-operation checks and start engine following break-in procedures.

Troubleshooting
