Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Socket set (3/8" drive)
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Torque wrench
- Pliers
- Jack and jack stands
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Uncrate and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Check all parts against packing list.
- Install Steering Wheel: Align steering wheel splines and secure with provided nut. Torque to 30-35 ft-lbs.
- Attach Seat: Position seat on mounting brackets and secure with provided bolts and washers.
- Install Battery: Connect positive cable first (red), then negative cable (black). Apply anti-corrosion grease to terminals.
- Add Engine Oil: Fill engine with SAE 10W-30 oil to proper level on dipstick (approximately 1.5 quarts).
- Add Fuel: Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Add fuel stabilizer if storing.
- Check Tire Pressure: Inflate front tires to 14 PSI, rear tires to 10 PSI.
- Initial Start-up: Engage parking brake, place in neutral, and start engine. Allow to warm up before operation.

Troubleshooting

Maintenance Schedule
- Before each use: Check tire pressure, engine oil level, fuel level
- Every 8 hours: Clean deck underside, check blade condition
- Every 25 hours: Change engine oil (first 5 hours), check air filter
- Every 50 hours: Change engine oil, check spark plug
- Every 100 hours: Change oil filter, clean fuel system
- Seasonal: Sharpen blades, check battery, change transmission fluid (every 2 years)
