Deck Assembly & Cutting System

54-inch fabricated 11-gauge steel deck with three 18-inch blades.

  1. Blade (P/N 532 40 66-25): 18-inch, 3-hole, high-lift. Torque to 40-45 ft-lbs.
  2. Spindle Assembly (P/N 532 19 06-03): Includes bearing housing, pulley, and shaft.
  3. Deck Shell (P/N 532 42 10-44): Main deck body, left side.
  4. Deck Baffle (P/N 532 42 11-17): Grass discharge chute component.
  5. Mandrel Belt (P/N 532 19 76-25): Deck drive belt, ½" x 95".

WARNING! Blades are extremely sharp. Handle with heavy gloves and use a blade holder during removal/installation.
