Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Engine won't start | Dead battery, safety switch issue, fuel problem | Check battery charge, verify all safety switches engaged, check fuel supply |
| Poor cutting performance | Dull blades, incorrect deck height, worn belts | Sharpen/replace blades, adjust deck level, inspect/replace belts |
| Uneven cutting | Deck not level, tire pressure uneven, worn spindle | Level cutting deck, adjust tire pressure, inspect spindle bearings |
| Loss of power | Clogged air filter, fuel restriction, hydraulic issue | Clean/replace air filter, check fuel lines, inspect hydraulic system |
| Excessive vibration | Unbalanced blades, damaged spindle, loose components | Balance blades, inspect spindles, tighten all deck hardware |
| Hydrostatic drive issues | Low hydraulic fluid, air in system, linkage adjustment | Check fluid level, bleed system, adjust control linkages |
Common Error Codes & Diagnostics
