Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage.
- Steering Wheel Installation: Align steering wheel shaft and secure with provided hardware using torque wrench.
- Seat Installation: Mount seat assembly to frame using provided bolts and washers.
- Battery Connection: Connect battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative) and secure with anti-corrosion spray.
- Deck Installation: Attach mowing deck using lift arms and securing pins as per diagram.
- Wheel Installation: Ensure all wheels are properly inflated and securely mounted.
- Fluid Check: Check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel levels before first start.
- Initial Start-up: Follow break-in procedure as outlined in engine manual.
