Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assembly requires basic tools.

  1. Install steering wheel: Align splines and secure with provided bolt.
  2. Attach seat: Mount seat onto frame using bolts and washers.
  3. Connect battery: Attach red (+) then black (-) cables; ensure secure.

  5. Cooling: Keep cooling fins and engine shrouds clean of debris.

WARNING! Always disconnect spark plug wire before performing any engine maintenance to prevent accidental starting.

Cutting Deck Maintenance

Maintain deck for optimal cutting performance and longevity.

Tip: Replace blades in sets to maintain balance and cutting quality.

Storage & Winterization

Proper storage prevents damage during off-season.

  1. Fuel: Add fuel stabilizer and run engine for 5 minutes to circulate; or drain tank completely.
  2. Battery: Disconnect negative cable; store in cool, dry place; charge monthly.
  3. Engine: Change oil and filter; remove spark plug and add 1 oz of oil to cylinder; crank slowly.
