Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Socket wrench set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage.
  2. Handle Installation: Attach steering wheel and control handles according to manufacturer specifications.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount the seat assembly and adjust for operator comfort and safety.
  4. Battery Installation: Connect battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure battery in tray.
  5. Blade Attachment: Install cutting blades using proper torque specifications and blade orientation.
  6. Fluid Check: Verify engine oil level, hydraulic fluid, and fuel before initial startup.
  7. Initial Test: Start engine and test all controls, safety switches, and cutting functions.
Warning: Always disconnect spark plug wire before performing any maintenance or repair work. Wear appropriate safety equipment.
