Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Boundary wire pegs
- Wire cutters/strippers
- Measuring tape
- Screwdriver set
- Charging station mounting kit
Step-by-Step Installation
- Plan Your Layout: Map your lawn area, identify obstacles, and plan the boundary wire route. Ensure charging station location is on flat, dry ground.
- Install Charging Station: Place the charging station on a level surface with at least 1.5 meters clearance in front and 0.5 meters on each side.
- Lay Boundary Wire: Secure the boundary wire around the perimeter of your lawn using pegs. Create guide wires for navigation islands if needed.
- Connect Wires: Connect boundary wires to the charging station following the color-coded terminals. Ensure all connections are weatherproof.
- Power Connection: Connect the charging station to a grounded outdoor electrical outlet with weatherproof cover.
- Initial Setup: Place the robotic mower in the charging station, turn it on, and follow the on-screen setup wizard.
- Test Run: Program a test mowing schedule and observe the mower's navigation and cutting pattern.

Mowing Technology Explained
Random Pattern Mowing
Intelligent random navigation ensures even wear pattern and prevents wheel tracks on your lawn
Boundary Wire Technology
Creates invisible fence to keep mower within designated area and around obstacles
Slope Management
Special algorithms for efficient mowing on slopes up to 45% gradient
Multi-Zone Management
Can manage multiple lawn areas connected by passage points
Rain Sensor
Automatically returns to charging station during heavy rain and resumes when weather improves
Guide Wire System
Helps mower navigate efficiently back to charging station through complex lawn layouts
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Mower won't start | Battery not charged, safety key missing, boundary wire issue | Ensure charging, insert safety key, check boundary wire connections |
| Poor cutting results | Dull blades, cutting height too high, mowing schedule insufficient | Replace blades, adjust cutting height, increase mowing frequency |
| Mower gets stuck | Obstacles in path, steep slopes, boundary wire too close to obstacles | Clear obstacles, adjust boundary wire placement, use guide wires |
| Not returning to charge | Guide wire broken, charging station placement, low signal | Check guide wire continuity, reposition station, check signal strength |
| Error messages on display | Various system errors, sensor issues, mechanical problems | Consult error code list in manual, reset system, contact support |
| Boundary wire alerts | Wire break, poor connection, signal interference | Use boundary wire tester to locate breaks, ensure proper connections |
Error Codes
- ERROR 1: Boundary wire missing - Check wire connections and continuity
- ERROR 2: Charging station not found - Check guide wire and station placement
- ERROR 3: Wheel motor blocked - Clear obstacles from wheels
- ERROR 4: Lift sensor triggered - Place mower back on ground
- ERROR 5: Battery temperature too high - Allow to cool before charging
- ERROR 6: Cutting motor overload - Clear debris from blade area
- ERROR 7: Tilt sensor activated - Place mower on level ground
